Prof Jingqin Su🎓︎ Dalian University of Technology, China Bio: Professor Jingqin Su (Second-Class Professor), PhD Supervisor, currently serves as Dean of the Institute of Platform Governance and Director of the Provincial Research Base for Technological Industrial Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Dalian University of Technology. He is a National Leading Talent, a recipient of the National Program for Cultural Celebrities and the Four Batches of Talents initiated by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, and a grantee of the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University sponsored by the Ministry of Education. He also receives the Special Government Allowance issued by the State Council. His provincial honors include Distinguished Teacher of Liaoning Province, Outstanding Expert of Liaoning Province, and a top-tier candidate (Hundred-Talent Level) under the Liaoning Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Talents Program. Prof Taohua Ouyang🎓︎ Beihang University, China Bio: Taohua Ouyang is a Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Economics and Management, Beihang University. She serves as Lead Principal Investigator for Major Projects of the National Social Science Fund of China and Chief Case Expert at the China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) under the Ministry of Education. Her research centers on case studies of strategic organization, digital transformation and technological innovation of leading Chinese enterprises. She has developed a localized iterative case education framework featuring a mutually reinforcing closed loop of case development, case teaching and case research. Professor Ouyang has presided over 25 national vertical research projects, including major programs funded by the National Social Science Fund and key programs supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She is the author of monographs such as Core National Equipment: Breaking Through Key Core Technologies. She has published more than 90 case-based research papers in top domestic and international journals including Management World. Over 20 of her teaching cases have won prestigious honors such as the National Top 100 Excellent Management Cases and Tsinghua University’s Distinguished Case Developer Award.
